Returns accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns must be received within fourteen (14) days of receipt.


All shipping charges are non-refundable. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the ten (10) day return period.

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours,* pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday. uses UPS and USPS for delivery depending on the origin of your order, determined by product availability. Orders shipping from our Seattle, Washington warehouse will be shipped via UPS and will therefore be undeliverable to PO boxes. Orders shipping from our store locations in Washington, California, and Michigan will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. You will recieve an email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Due to product availability, orders with multiple items may be shipped from more than one of our locations. If this is the case for your order, we will send you an email notification with details concerning the origin of each item with a tracking number for each. will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Jarbo cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen goods upon delivery. We highly recommend requiring a signature for the delivery of your order for a small additional charge. Merchandise lost in transit will be investigated on a case by case basis or may be taken up with the delivery provider. To add an item to your bag, simply click the Add to Bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

To view what is in your bag at any time, click the Shopping Bag link in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected, click on your shopping bag and click Checkout. Follow the simple steps to purchase your items.

To remove an item from your bag, simply click REMOVE next to the item you wish to discard.
