FULL PRICE ITEMS
We accept returns, exchanges or credit on full-priced merchandise that is unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all original tags attached within 7 days from the delivered date.
We offer free shipping on returns that opt for exchange or online credit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All Jewelry is Final Sale.
All Sale items under $100 are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
All Sale items over $100 are Exchange or Credit Only.
All Promotional Sales and Special Orders are Exchange or Credit Only.
The value of the discount on promotional items is distributed proportionally across all items on the order and will reflect according at time of return.
*Please consider Sale purchases carefully. There are no refunds on sale items.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed – your patience is greatly appreciated. The original payment method will be refunded in full (excluding any shipping costs associated with the order) for the value of the item(s). Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
Exchanges are gladly accepted within 7 days from the delivered date on Non-Final Sale items.
Credits are issued in the form of an email. Credits can be applied online and are not available for use in stores at this time. To use your credit for an online purchase please use the unique code provided at checkout.
*Jarbo reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside of the 7 day return period. Jarbo cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged.
