We accept returns, exchanges, or a credit on full-priced merchandise that is unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags attached within days from the delivered date.  

We offer free shipping on returns that opt for an exchange or online credit. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.  

All Jewelry is Final Sale. 


Jarbo prides itself on providing the highest quality products, made ethically and with integrity.  We are only too happy to make certain you are pleased with your purchases.  With regard to sale items, we must however insist on the following policies. Please consider your sale purchases carefully and feel free to call us with any questions about your purchases as we can not provide refunds on sale items.

All of our sale items UNDER $100 are considered Final Sale and are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or credit.  If you are purchasing sale items, special promotional sale items, or using discount codes, where totals run OVER $100 you are welcome to exchange or we will provide store credit but items cannot be returned.  

The value of the discount on promotional items (or discount codes) will be distributed proportionally across all qualifying items on the order at check out.  These discounts will be reflected accordingly at the time of return or exchange.



Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed. The original payment method will be refunded in full (excluding any shipping costs associated with the order) for the value of the item(s) for full priced items only.  Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account. 


Exchanges are gladly accepted within days from the delivered date on Non-Final Sale items. 



Credits are issued in the form of an email and can be applied online (not available for use in-store). To use your credit for an online purchase please use the unique code provided at checkout. 


*Jarbo reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside of the 7 day return period. Jarbo cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged.  


We cannot refund duties and taxes for returns on orders shipped to other countries.
