Thank you for being part of the Jarbo family. It is our goal for you to love every piece from our collection, but if it doesn’t work out, we offer returns according to the policies outlined below. We believe in transparency and aim to make your return experience as seamless as possible.

RETURN POLICY 

  • Jarbo accepts returns of REGULAR PRICE items within 7 days of delivery of goods for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note that the return process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. 
  • Any item purchased on SALE is eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT if returned within 7 days upon delivery of goods. 
  • SALE items are products on sale, discounted, or purchased using any promotional discount.  
  • The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit 
  • Any product priced $100 or less is FINAL SALE 
  • All jewelry is FINAL SALE 
  • All shoes are FINAL SALE 
  • All item(s) returned for either refund, exchange, or store credit must be undamaged, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original condition with all labels and tags attached. Product(s) must be free from any wear & tear, damage, or alterations. Damage includes perfume, makeup, animal hair, odors, or stains. 
  • All returns, exchanges, and requests for store credit must be processed through our RETURN CENTER. Any items sent outside of our system will NOT be accepted. If returned outside of our return center items will be issued store credit.  

If eligible, refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method if eligible. The senders are responsible for returns reaching Jarbo’s design office.  

RETURNING YOUR ORDER 

  1. To initiate your return, please visit our RETURN CENTER you will find step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process. You will need your order number and ZIP code (if you do not have your order number contact us).
  2. Return Label: Once you have completed the return process, you will receive a return label that you can conveniently print.  
  3. Regular-priced item exchanges and store credits receive complementary shipping labels. We want to ensure you find the perfect replacement or have the flexibility to choose from our wide range of products. 
  4. Refunds will be charged for shipping costs. Sale items that are exchanged will be charged for shipping costs. For customers seeking a refund, please be aware that a shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and processing.

International Returns 

Jarbo will accept international returns for regular-priced items matching the 7-day timeframe of delivery of goods and eligibility requirements. Sale items and Final sale items are not accepted for international returns, exchanges, or store credit. International exchange orders on regular–priced items will require a supplemental shipping charge. 

The customer must contact Jarbo with an international return request before shipping eligible items. Email us here at customerservice@jarbocollection.com or call  877-457-7890. International returns will be shipped along with additional duties or fees associated with the return at the customer’s expense. 

Damages/Missing/Stolen  

If you receive a defective or missing item from your order, contact us at customer support. Jarbo is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping or for stolen items.
