It is our goal for you to love every piece from our collection, but if it doesn’t work out, we have created our return policy to help simplify the return and exchange process. For applicable returns, we offer exchanges or an online store credit, valued at the original cost of your order to use on any of our items. All returns and exchanges must process through our return portal. You will receive a pre-paid return label and must return your item within 7 days from the delivery date. For all returns, please review our detailed eligibility guidelines below.

Returns must be completed within 7 days from the date the order was delivered to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all attached labels and tags. The item must be free from any wear tear, washing, damage, or alterations. Violations include perfume, makeup, animal hair, other odors, stains, or missing tags. We reserve the sole right and discretion in determining the eligibility of any returns including but not limited to the condition of any returned order.

We offer full refund on all full-priced items shipped back within 7 days of your received delivery date.
- Items purchased using a discount code or on sale $100 and over can be exchanged or returned for store credit. They cannot be refunded.
- When end of season additional discount is offered, all sale is final over or under $100.
Items under $100 are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed. The original payment method will be refunded in full (excluding any shipping costs associated with the order) for the value of the item(s). Only full-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased using a discount or promotional code are not eligible for refund. Please allow up to 3-5 business days after the return has been processed for the funds to appear in your account.
Credits will be issued in your email and can only be used for online store purchases. To use your credit online, please use the unique code provided in your email at checkout. The discount field for a credit code will appear on the second page of checkout next to your payment information (desktop) or above payment information (mobile). Return credit is not available for in-store use at this time.
*Jarbo reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange if the merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside of the 7-day return period.
*Jarbo cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged.

FULL PRICE ITEMS
We provide the choice of return, exchange, or online store credit on full-priced merchandise that is unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original condition with all labels and tags attached within 7 days from the delivery date.
We offer free shipping on returns that opt for an exchange or online credit. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All jewelry is final sale.
All sale items UNDER $100 are considered Final Sale and are NOT eligible for a return, exchange, or credit.
Sale Items purchased without a discount code where the item is OVER $100 is eligible for exchange or online store credit only. These items cannot be returned for a refund.
The exchanges of sale items above $100 will incur the shipping costs of the exchange.
If an order is returned and no longer qualifies for its gift with purchase, the gift value will be deducted from the refund unless the gift is also returned.
PROMOTIONS AND CODE SALE ITEMS
All end of season or special additional discount code promotions are final sale. ONLY ONE CODE MAY BE USED PER TRANSACTION. Promotional codes and discounts are non-transferable.
The value of the discount on promotional items or discount codes will be distributed proportionally across all qualifying items on the order at checkout.
Promotional offers cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Orders purchased with a pre-order item may ship separately in order to immediately fulfill the items in stock once the pre-ordered item is available to ship. We will accept returns for orders with pre-order items within 7 days of the date they were delivered. Please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or any issues returning or exchanging your pre-ordered item.
Please carefully inspect your product upon arrival to assure that it is what you ordered and has no defects.
If the product you received is defective or damaged, or it is not the item you ordered, you are eligible for a return if the defect, damage, or wrong product is reported within 3 days after the delivery date. Please report any issues to email@example.com
