Returns and Exchanges Policy

All exchanges and returns must be initiated through our return portal within 7 days of receiving the package. Any exchange or return initiated after the 7-day period is only eligible for store credit. For assistance, please contact customer service at 1-877-457-2464.

We offer full refunds to your original form of payment on regularly priced items if the refund is initiated on our website within 7 days of receiving your package and if the garments meet the following criteria: undamaged, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, unwrinkled, and with original tags attached.

Exemptions:

Sales Items: Products purchased on sale or with the use of any promotional or discount codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Applicable shipping and restocking fees will be deducted.

Final Sale: Items purchased as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit. Any product priced at $100.00 or less is considered final sale. Additionally, all jewelry and shoes are final sale.

The item must be in "like-new" condition, unless defective at the time of purchase. "Like-new" condition refers to the item being unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unwrinkled, and with original tags attached. Jarbo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise meets these criteria. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

Please note that Jarbo is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For full-priced items, we offer complimentary exchanges (limit of two exchanges per order). A free shipping label for your exchange will be provided through our exchange/return portal. Shipping labels for returns are also available through our exchange/return center for a small fee of $10.00.

For international orders, please contact us at customerservice@jarbocollection.com for assistance with returns and exchanges. Please note that international orders are subject to return shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Kindly ensure to provide us with the tracking information for your return shipment.

Jarbo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Jarbo reserves the right to refuse a refund or issue a 20% surcharge if any returned item:

  • Has a noticeable odor, such as perfume, pet smells, or body odor.
  • Is overly wrinkled or noticeably unclean, including pet hair or dander.
  • Is damaged in any way, including cuts, holes, or burns.
  • Is stained in any way, including makeup, bodily fluids, food, or pet stains.
