SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Jarbo, we are dedicated to shipping your order quickly and with the utmost care. For orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2PM EST, we will ship within 24 hours, pending availability and credit card authorization. This does not include holidays. Orders that are placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Please note that quoted delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. When placing an order, please calculate business days only for arrival time.

Shopjarbo.com uses UPS and USPS for delivery depending on the origin of your order, determined by product availability. Orders shipping from our Seattle, Washington warehouse will be shipped via UPS and will therefore be undeliverable to PO boxes. Orders shipping from our store locations in Washington, California, and Michigan will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. You will recieve an email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Due to product availability, orders with mutiple items may be shipped from more than one of our locations. If this is the case for your order, we will send you an email notification with details concerning the origin of each item with a tracking number for each.

If a package is returned to us or shown as undeliverable, Jarbo cannot be held responsible for the cost of the return package. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If for some reason the merchandise you have selected is currently unavailable or additional identification is needed for your credit authorization, we will contact you directly with a follow-up email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Jarbo, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and helping you build a wardrobe that you love. We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise that is unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all original tags attached.*

An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Jarbo. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days from receipt of the returned merchandise.

Details:

-Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

-We cannot accept returns on special order items

-All shipping charges are non-refundable

-All sale items are final sale and not available for return

-For shoe returns, the original shoe box must be included. Please do not ship shoe boxes back with postage labels attached to the original box. Damages to the box or returns of shoes without the original box will result in a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges:

Our exchange process is essentially the same as our return process! Please send us the items you would like to exchange and then place a new order for the items you would rather have. We will refund your card within 5 days of receipt of the returned products but you can reorder any time you wish.

*Jarbo reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside of the 14 day return period. Jarbo cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Online Security

Rest assured, with Jarbo your credit card information is completely safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to ensure your safety.

*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.

Shopping Online

Once you checkout and we have confirmed your order, an account is automatically established for you.  To access your account in the future, click the My Account button at the top of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout. If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on any My Account link located around the site and follow the steps to create a new account.

SALES TAX

All items shipped within Washington, California and Michigan are subject to state sales tax in accordance with state laws.
