You can begin a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery HERE.

Full price returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.

Exchanges are always free on full price items (limit of two exchanges per order).

For full price returns, a handling fee of $11.50 will be deducted from the refund amount no matter the form of return. Returns initiated outside of the 7 day return window are only returnable via store credit or an exchange.

Returns take up to 10-15 business days to process once they arrive in our warehouse. Refunds can take 2-3 business days to reflect on your original form of payment (depending on your financial institution), refunds via Store Credit will be sent to your email!

For Exchanges: Once your return items have been dropped off at our warehouse, your exchange order will be processed and shipped via FedEx Ground Shipping.

Please call us if 2 day or overnight express delivery is needed. You'll be notified via email with your new tracking number. Please note that Jarbo is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Items marked 40% off or more are final sale due to the limited and thoughtfully selected nature of our seasonal event. All other sale items are eligible for exchange only.

Each edit features exclusive colors, limited-run styles, and seasonal pieces specially priced for the moment. Because of their rarity and availability, these event selections are not eligible for return or exchange.

We are unable to apply discount codes to previous orders. All promotional codes are valid exclusively on new orders placed Monday, December 1st, and cannot be retroactively added due to limited inventory.

All tags must be attached and items must be in their original condition & packaging. Damaged or defective merchandise must be notified to our team within the 7 day window, examples include but are not limited to:

Noticeable odor: such as perfume, pet scents, or body odor
Overly wrinkled or noticeably unclean i.e. pet hair or dander
Damaged in anyway i.e. cuts, holes, burns, makeup stains, bodily fluids, food or pet stains

Items returned in a damaged condition will either be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund outgoing shipping.

Items apart of our sale are available in-store and online. We are unable to offer price adjustments from previous purchased items. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any* other offer/code.
