Returns and Exchanges
To begin your return or exchange, please initiate it within 7 days of your order being delivered HERE.
Full price returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.
Exchanges are always free on full price items (limit of two exchanges per order).
For full price returns, a handling fee of $11.50 will be deducted from the refund amount no matter the form of return. Returns initiated outside of the 7 day return window are only returnable via store credit or an exchange.
Returns take up to 5-10 business days to process once they arrive in our warehouse. Refunds can take 2-3 business days to reflect on your original form of payment (depending on your financial institution), refunds via Store Credit will be sent to your email!
For Exchanges: Once your return items have been dropped off at our warehouse, your exchange order will be processed and shipped via FedEx Ground Shipping.
Please call us if 2 day or overnight express delivery is needed. You'll be notified via email with your new tracking number. Please note that Jarbo is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Code SUNSET20 is applicable only to the Summer Sale Collection while sizes and color quantities last. Offer is available in-store and online. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, redeemed for cash, or combined with any* other offer. The use of the Discount code is Final Sale: No Exchanges and No Returns will be offered.
Orders placed using the LOVEPIMA discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items discounted 40% or more are final sale. For all other sale items, we're happy to offer an exchange. Shipping and handling fees will apply.
Products purchased on sale or with the use of any promotional/discount codes are exchange only. Applicable shipping and restocking fees will be deducted. Promotional prices are offered on certain items for a limited period of time. Promotional items include any discount or use of promotional code.
Only one promotional code can be applied at checkout.
All tags must be attached and items must be in their original condition & packaging. Damaged or defective merchandise must be notified to our team within the 7 day window, examples include but are not limited to:
Noticeable odor: such as perfume, pet scents, or body odor
Overly wrinkled or noticeably unclean i.e. pet hair or dander
Damaged in anyway i.e. cuts, holes, burns, makeup stains, bodily fluids, food or pet stains
Items returned in a damaged condition will either be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund outgoing shipping.
