Returns and exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery date for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit. Exchanges are always free (limit of two exchanges per order).Â
A return handling fee of $11.50 will be deducted from the refund amount no matter the form of return.
Returns initiated outside of the 7 day return window are only returnable via store credit or an exchange.Â
Returns take up to 5-10 business days to process once they arrive in our warehouse. Refunds can take 2-3 business days to reflect on your original form of payment (depending on your financial institution), refunds via Store Credit will be sent to your email!Â
For Exchanges: once your return items have been dropped off at our warehouse, your exchange order will be processed and shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. Please call us if 2 day or overnight express delivery is needed. You'll be notified via email with your new tracking number.Â
Please note that Jarbo is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Items marked final sale OR over 50% off are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Regular sale items are returnable via an exchange or store credit.Â
Products purchased on sale or with the use of any promotional/discount codes are subject to a refund via store credit or exchange only. Applicable shipping and restocking fees will be deducted.Â
Promotional prices are offered on certain items for a limited period of time. Temporary promotions may include a percentage off, a dollar off discount or a product markdown offer. These discounts will be reflected at checkout or on specific product or collection pages and cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous purchases. Offers are not available on Gift Cards, shipping, handling and taxes. Prices, promotions, style, and availability may vary.
Return policy may change during promotional periods, please review the promotional disclaimers on site during the time of promotion. We reserve the right to end or modify promotional prices at any time.Â
All tags must be attached and items must be in their original condition & packaging
Damaged or defective merchandise must be notified to our team within the 7 day window, examples include but are not limited to:
Noticeable odor: such as perfume, pet scents, or body odor
Overly wrinkled or noticeably unclean i.e. pet hair or dander
Damaged in anyway i.e. cuts, holes, burns, makeup stains, bodily fluids, food or pet stains
Items returned in a damaged condition will either be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
