You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Due to product availability, orders with multiple items may be shipped from different store locations, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment

For international orders, please contact us for assistance with returns and exchanges. Please note that international orders are subject to return shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Kindly ensure you provide us with the new tracking number for your return shipment.
Please note the purchaser is responsible for shipping, duty, and tax fees. These vary depending on your country. Orders are shipped by FedEx unless otherwise requested. Purchaser is responsible for all fees inbound and outbound on bounced packages. Please use your own pre-paid label to ship eligible items back to the United States. Please note that we do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returning items.
We currently ship items via FedEx Home Delivery.
We do offer 2-day delivery for an additional $20 fee as well as overnight delivery for an additional $40 fee. Please give us a call if an order needs to be delivered via express.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us which contains the tracking number attached to your package.

Due to varying product availability, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking number. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes due to carrier restrictions.

Route not only ensures the safe delivery of your order but also provides additional tracking services through their app, allowing you to monitor its journey until it arrives at your doorstep.
