Sizing

We are currently updating our sizing charts. On the product page you can select the tab ‘Size Chart and Fit’. This will tell you the garment measurements. We suggest comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own to get an idea which size will be best for you.

Need our advice or don’t see the ‘size chart’ for your item? Give us a call at 1-877-457-2464 Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm PST or send us a message through the chat box in the bottom right corner of our side screen, and we’ll get back to you. We’d love to help answer any questions about fit and styling.

Shipping

Yes, we do! Please note the purchaser is responsible for shipping, duty, and tax fees. These vary depending on your country. Orders are shipped by FedEx unless otherwise requested. Purchaser is responsible for all fees inbound and outbound on bounced packages.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

On all first-time online orders, you will receive a $12 refund towards your shipping cost after the order is placed.

Please use your own pre-paid label to ship eligible items back to the United States. Include a note in the package detailing if you would like to exchange for a new item, receive store credit or issue a refund.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed. The original payment method will be refunded in full (excluding any shipping costs associated with the order) for the value of the item(s). Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
